Patrizio Cavaliere

Patrizio’s music has attracted wide-spread support from the house community in recent years, with artist including Osunlade, Nick Curly, Ivan Smagghe, Lee Curtiss, Doc Martin, Ashley Beedle, Danny Tenaglia and Mr V playing his productions. Emerging from the underground House and Techno scene in the UK, he has played at many of London’s most renowned venues and for some of the most cutting edge nights and promoters. He has rocked clubs worldwide, from Ibiza to Mexico, Germany to Taiwan.
In 2002 Patrizio set up Also Ran Records, initially releasing music from artists including Liquid People and Danism, as well as his own collaborations with Tom Neville recorded as Francisco the Man. More recently he has worked with and released productions from artists such as Martin Dawson, Miles Sagnia, and OCH along with his own compositions.
These days he’s generally deep in the studio working on solo material and, although he spends far less time in nightclubs than he used to (preferring hanging out in tropical jungles), he continues to release and compose raw house beats with funk, soul and flavour. As a DJ he seamlessly blends rhythms encompassing deepest house, tripped out disco and achingly soulful techno.
